The breakfast offered a decent variety, ensuring you wouldn't leave on an empty stomach.
There was no hand soap in the rooms, and the absence of a kettle for tea or coffee was disappointing.

Excellent parking in garage below the hotel. Clean, functional rooms with good beds and a very good bathroom. The price level is competitive, also if you budget EUR 40 for two return trips by taxi to the city center, which you should, because the walk from the hotel is not at all interesting. The receptionist said that they will have free wifi in two monthts. That will be a very good improvement compared to the outreageous EUR 17 per 24 hours currently charged.
The hotel is in a quiet location, but generates a lot of noise on its own. Loud and unpleasant music is played in the breakfast room and in front of the elevators. At the other end of the hallway, a defective ventilation unit was very loud. But if you can get a room that is not close to either end of the hallway, then you will be fine within your room. The breakfast is just about OK, but does not match 4-star expectations. The same goes for the reception and breakfast staff. They are really doing their best, but they are understaffed. There was never more than one receptionist, so some long waits occured when we needed help. The "superior" double room rate felt like a scam. All rooms seem to be the same size, and the value of parking (EUR 5 in weekend) and wired internet (EUR 10) did not justify the difference between EUR 100 for superior and EUR 75 for standard. The was also an even lower economy rate, which could very well be the best deal.

Great 4 star hotel, very comfortable , clean and modern. Staff is great and helpful, hotel is close to city center, 20 minutes by foot. There are a lot of parking places in front of the hotel and a breakfast is great. I would definitively recommend this hotel , maybe the best 4 star hotel I have ever been to.
The pool would be a great upgrade for this hotel.

Everything
A little bit far away from the city center. If you don't have a car, you need to walk back through a not so nice neighborhood. It's not too bad during the day, but at night you want to be a little cautious.

Good breakfast and friendly staff
Each morning, the aroma of freshly baked croissants wafted through the lobby, setting a cheerful tone for the day. The staff radiated warmth and were quick to assist with local insights.
The hotel is situated a bit far from the main attractions, which required us to spend extra on taxis. Dining options were limited in the evenings, reducing flexibility.

The location in a largely residential area was convenient and there were a market and shopping malls nearby. It was 15 minutes drive to the airport. We stayed in a tastefully decorated room that's kept clean, and liked it.

We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us the location of a restaurant for eve meal which was lovely. A very traditional eating place.. The room was very clean and we had plenty of choice for breakfast. The hotel provided us with a map and highlighted areas of interest which was very helpful. We were also told about the opening times of restaurants and that the bars give you small tapas after 6.30pm to have with your eve drink..which was very nice.
The location is not what we expected. It is a good 20 min to 30 min walk to the center and you may think its not safe but it is, it just looks a bit rough!! We had to be reassured by the receptionist that the area is safe..lots of graffiti. I would recommend to walk in to Turin in the day and eve, but get a taxi back at night. You can get these in the main square The car parking is 10e per night which I think is a bit to much.
